Step 1. Open your Facebook app.
Step 2. Tap on the Groups icon which is shown in the bottom menu of the Facebook app
Step 3. A page open is a group page in it tap ‘Your Groups’ which is shown at the top.
Step 4. On the next page, under the heading of ‘Groups, you manage’ select that group you want to delete.
Step 5. Under the group name, you see the number of members. Click on it. A new page open in this page click ‘See all’ on the right side upper corner
Step 6. On the next page, you see the list of all members in this click a members name. A new page open in it tap ‘Remove (person’s name) from group’. & Click "CONFIRM"
Step 7. Do this for all group members and remove all.
Step 8. After removing every group member, tap on the three dots icon which is shown next to your name.
Step 9. In options, you see ‘ Leave group’ click on it and confirm you would like to leave the group.
Step 10. After you leave the group, the group will automatically be deleted.
