1. On your iPhone, open the Phone app.
2. Tap the tab at the bottom of the screen that says “Voicemail.”
3. A list of all the text messages you have will show up. You choose which word to hear by tapping on it.
4. Tap the Play button to hear the message.
Voicemail transcription is a tool that quickly turns your voicemails into text messages. This tool can be used on iPhones with iOS 10 or later.

3. Touch the word you want to listen to.
4. If the message was written, the text of it will appear on the screen.
