You can also get the error code on your Nintendo Switch, and see whether it will work on your phone or tablet. If it works on the first device, then the problem is with the first device and could be using the old version.

Solution 2: Make Sure Hulu Is Up-To-Date

Having an outdated Hulu app can cause the error code P-DEV320, and this is likely the case if the app only works on some of your devices. You can find release notes for apps on Hulu’s website. You can find out what version you need by looking at your platform.

There is a possibility that you have some corrupt data somewhere. Clearing out the local data and cache of the Hulu app might help.

Steps to clear them out:

iOS:

  1. Go to “ Settings“.
  2. You can find Storage under ” General “.
  3. Select “Hulu” and click “Uninstall Hulu”.
  4. Use the App Store to reinstall Hulu.

Android:

  1. Go to ” Settings “, then ” Apps “.
  2. Then click on “ See All Apps “ and “ Storage and Cache“.

If you are using the web player version of Hulu, then clear your data and browser cache to make sure you clear everything that might be causing this error.

Solution 4: Check Whether Other Streaming Services Work

On the same device that is displaying the P-DEV320 problem, try another streaming service like Netflix or Amazon Prime. If nothing of those things works, your device likely has a connection problem. Your device may need to be updated, restarted, or the internet connection tested.

A different connection, such as your mobile one, might work better with Hulu. If it functions on that, there is a problem with your primary internet connection.

If you get the error code on a device, check the internet speed to see if it is sufficient for streaming. To learn what speed it should be, you could get in touch with your ISP. Additionally, see if Hulu is down.
