Use Google to keep up with all World Cup games and statistics

Yesterday, the FIFA World Cup finally started. Millions of people watched Brasil beat Croatia and will be watching many more games the next days. With all the games and different tables, it can be challenging to keep an overview. As always, there is an app for that. But you don’t really need to download an app, just use Google and its personal assistant Google Now instead.

Simply search for “World Cup” or “World Cup England/USA/Germany” to get all the info you need in a clean layout. Google doesn’t only give you scores, group tables and match dates, but also an event timeline, live match statistics and lineups. Besides that, Google Now will ask you if you like to see World Cup data of your favorite teams, so that you can easily check out their performances.

Google doesn’t just stop there. No, they even launched their own World Cup website, including many cool statistics about all the matches. Yesterday, for example, Brasil received 83% of the world’s attention compared to Croatia with 17%, and Neymar was the most searched player. The website is definitely worth a visit!

The FIFA World Cup is huge! It creates more search interest than the Super Bowl and Olympics combined. That is proof that the whole world is going crazy over this tournament. Are you one of those crazy people? Then use Google to stay on top things and enjoy the games!
