Step 1. In your Android mobile’s Settings, go to Apps/Apps & Notifications.
Step 2. Find and tap on the Gmail app & Tap on Storage after entering App Info.
Step 3. You’ll find the option to Clear Cache at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4 You may delete all the cache files associated with the Gmail app by pressing on Clear Cache. If faulty cache files were the problem, the programme should no longer crash after they’ve been deleted.
